Djordje is a student of the generation of the Faculty of Agriculture
Our scholarship holder Djordje Bastajic is a fourth year student of bachelor studies at the Department of Phytomedicine, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade. From the very beginning of his studies, he has achieved significant academic achievements.
March 28 is marked as the day of the Faculty of Agriculture, and at the ceremonial academy, Djordje was proclaimed as a student of the generation for 2021/2022 academic year. He also received the recognition of the best student for the department he attends, the Department of Phytomedicine of the Faculty of Agriculture.
His success and work were recognized by official institutions, and based on the conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Serbia on hiring the best students in the final years of bachelor studies, he got the opportunity to attend an internship at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management.
Together with four other colleagues, Djordje is doing an internship in state bodies and public services of the Ministry from April 1 to June 30, and you can read more about hiring students through the internship program at the link.
We believe that Djordje will use great opportunities for training in important institutions of Serbia, and gain a lot of knowledge. Congratulations to our fellow Djordje on his outstanding achievements, and we wish him much success in his further education and training!
