Scholarship program
The Studenica Foundation awards scholarships to Serbian students enrolling in their final years of study at universities in the Republic of Serbia and the region.
Scholarship fund
About 40 students annually receive our scholarship. Scholarships are awarded primarily to students completing the last two years of undergraduate studies. The scholarship can be renewed for the remaining years of undergraduate studies as long as the student continues to meet the eligibility criteria listed below.
Scholarships may also occasionally be awarded to postgraduate students.
The amount of the scholarship is RSD 120,000 annually. Scholarships are paid monthly.

Area of work
Since its inception, the Studenica Foundation has been awarding scholarships to university students in Serbia, occasionally those in Montenegro, and since 2010 to Serbian students in Croatia and Bosnia and Hercegovina.
The scholarship program for students and high school students from Republika Srpska, which began in the mid-1990s and lasted over two decades, was completed in 2017. This program was specifically designed to help the particularly vulnerable and war-impoverished families and children and young people from those families without parents or with one parent.
In 2020, we begin a new cycle of scholarship competition in the region, which you can find more about in our news.
We are looking for partners with whom we will expand our regional scholarship program.
