In the second episode of "Communication as inspiration", the guest is Neda Pavlović, doctor of philological sciences. Our scholar Kristina Nikolić discussed this interesting topic with Ned. Neda Pavlović received her doctorate in 2015 at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Belgrade under the mentorship of Academician Predrag Piper. After several years of work in the field of higher education, she is focused on education in the field of soft skills, especially on segments in the field of communication and preparation for public speaking. She is the author of dozens of scientific papers and a speaker at a large number of international and domestic scientific conferences. This year, she founded the organization Demosten, which deals with education in the field of communication and public speaking. Good communication is one of the key success factors.
