STUDENICA FOUNDATION – RECIPIENT OF THE PRESTIGIOUS
TESLA SPIRIT AWARD

The Studenica Foundation and its late founder, Miroslav Michael Djordjevic, received the prestigious Tesla Spirit Award, presented by the Tesla Science Foundation in Philadelphia. This significant recognition was awarded for decades of dedication to supporting young talents through scholarships, advancing education, science, and the arts, as well as promoting a culture of philanthropy and high social values.

The award ceremony took place on January 11 in New York as part of the 13th International Tesla Spirit Conference. 

On behalf of the Studenica Foundation, the award was received by PhD Veselin Sjekloća, an advisor to the Foundation, while the medal for commitment to the Foundation's work and the promotion of Serbia was awarded to attorney Dušica Protić, emeritus member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

The Tesla Spirit Conference annually gathers distinguished individuals and organizations dedicated to preserving and promoting Tesla’s legacy.

By awarding the Tesla Spirit Award to the Studenica Foundation, the importance of its decades-long work in supporting young people, education, and philanthropy was once again recognized, ensuring the continuation of the vision of its founder, Miroslav Michael Djordjevic.
