Our fellows are achieving even more in this academic year, and they are happy to inform us about their achievements.
On June 28, 2022, our scholarship holder Petar Damnjanović graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Niš, majoring in International Management, with a grade of 10.
Since the beginning of his studies, Petar has volunteered with various organizations and projects, both in the country and abroad.
Petar describes himself as a curious person with an adventurous spirit, who always strives for new challenges and experiences, as evidenced by his interesting course of study. Within the Nova Student Association from his faculty, he organized several forums and conferences for students. The fact that the competitive spirit is not lacking in Petar is evidenced by numerous successes, among which he singles out case study competitions, where he and his team won first place six times. He points out that the most challenging competition for him was the CFA Research Challenge, where, as the youngest competitor, he and his team did an analysis of the price movements of shares of the company Galenika Fitofarmacija.
The constant desire to acquire knowledge and get to know new cultures leads Petra to Bamberg, Germany, in her third year, where she spends one semester at the Otto-Friedrich University, and also working on international projects in Spain and Estonia.
Petar is currently practicing at the National Bank of Serbia in the sector for direct control of bank operations.
In the next academic year, he plans to enroll in master academic studies at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, as well as master academic studies MCF - Master in Computational Finance at the Faculty of Computing, thus focusing on the field of finance and investment.
We congratulate Peter on the incredible achievements and activities he has achieved in his four years of basic academic studies, and may he continue to do the same in the future!
