A farewell to some fellows as we welcome new ones
The year that is behind us, no matter how difficult it was, showed us that our fellows are ready to progress and be successful even while dealing with obstacles.
The competition for new scholarship recipients has ended and is currently in the selection process, and to mark the end of the school year and the beginning of the new one, we wanted to say goodbye to last year's generation.
Last week we had a virtual get-together to share with each other where we are, how we are, and to say goodbye to those who will no longer be our fellows.
As much as we are sorry that they will no longer be an active part of our daily activities, we are proud to have been a part of the educational journey of these young people and to know that great adventures and successes await them.
Djordje Nikolic completed his master's degree in history and managed to find a job in the Museum of Genocide Victims immediately after graduation.
Helena Miljković went to Lausanne for doctoral studies, where she is an assistant in the subject Microelectronics and Microsystems.
Natalija Stolić also completed her master's degree at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, after which she received an internship at the United Nations.
Sava Mitrović enrolled in master studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences as the first on the list with an average of 10.0. In addition, he got a job at the Center for European Policies.
Isidora Janković graduated in medicine in Niš and is already working at a COVID department in Niš.
Lazar Cvetković also went to Switzerland for doctoral studies.
We are very proud of our students, both those who have graduated and those who continue their studies.
Also, last year we started to provide scholarships to freshmen and we are satisfied with that decision because they got great grades and found themselves in what they are studying.
Certainly, we will all stay in touch and look forward to further socializing.
