TEACHERS AND EDUCATORS IN THE FOCUS
In pursuit of enhancing education and restoring respect for teaching professions, the Studenica Foundation has allocated over 8 million dinars this year.
In the academic year 2O23/2024. we have awarded the highest number of scholarships ever – a total of forty-five. Out of these, fourteen were granted to students - future teachers and educators, five from Kosovo and Metohija and five from the Republic of Srpska. Our fellows were selected for their hard work and talent and for nurturing high moral and work values, which form the core of our Foundation’s principles.
The Studenica Foundation believes that education plays a vital role in societal progress. We constantly strive to renew and provide support to spiritual and moral values through our work and to cultivate virtues such as caring for others and the community, truthfulness, honor, justice, honesty, and equality.
Such virtues will be nurtured by future teachers and educators among their students, and are also nurtured by all the scholarship holders of the Studenica Foundation.
As scholarship holders, our students have the task of fostering the values of acquiring knowledge and education and striving to be an example to others in this field. They will participate in workshops that we will organize throughout 2024., where we aim to establish high educational standards and values for everyone involved in the educational system – students, teachers, educators, professors, and beyond.
