Studenica Foundation Alumni Gathering 2026
On Thursday, June 11, 2026, the traditional Studenica Foundation Alumni Gathering was held at the "Svetozar Marković" University Library in Belgrade. The event brought together current scholarship recipients and former scholarship holders of the Foundation — a testament to decades of dedicated investment in young talent and the building of a community founded on knowledge, solidarity, and mutual support.
The formal part of the event was marked by welcoming addresses from Vuka Jeremić, the Foundation's director, alumnus Nenad Krzman, a speech by Friend of the Foundation Ivan Petrović, as well as an alumni and student panel.
In his address, Ivan recalled the rich tradition of endowment and philanthropy among our people, drawing a parallel between historical benefactors and contemporary foundations that continue this noble mission — as is the case with the Studenica Foundation.

The alumni panel was moderated by alumna Kristina Nikolić, with alumnae Bojana Petrović Raičević and Nikolija Bojković as speakers. "Alumni Stories That Teach Us" was the overarching theme of the panel, and Kristina spoke with her guests about success, growth, and change — from student days through to industry. Bojana and Nikolija shared their experiences of studying abroad and emphasized the importance of applying the knowledge gained back home.

As part of the student panel discussion, our alumna Jelena Čolović spoke with scholarship recipients about the day-to-day realities of student life, the connections formed among Studenica Foundation scholarship holders, and the ways in which technological development and artificial intelligence are shaping their education today. The student panel participants were Anđela Prodanović, David Srećković, and Njegoš Vidović.
After the formal part of the event, the main highlight of the evening continued. Attendees enjoyed a wonderful time socializing, conversing, and exchanging experiences. The most important aspect of such events is strengthening our alumni community and building connections across generations of former scholarship holders who have gone on to succeed in all fields!
